PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING and TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED.

KRIEGER LTD. gives the personal data of its customers value in achieving the Company’s business purposes. Therefore, the protection of such data constitutes an activity of priority importance, which is constantly pursued also through the adaptation to the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and related legislation.
KRIEGER LTD. processes personal customer data only within the scope of the business consulting and analysis services and brokerage and transaction organization services made available to it.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract, including pre-contractual stages. 
The legal basis of the processing may also be legal obligations to which the owner may be subject or a legitimate interest of the owner.
The data processed are exclusively those identifying data that are in any case necessary to properly manage the various phases of supply: personal data of owners and contact persons, tax codes and VAT numbers, personalized company e-mails, individual telephone numbers, etc. 

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed both in hard copy and telematically, by authorized and trained personnel, with means and methodologies such as to ensure the confidentiality and security of the same, and may be transmitted to entities, authorities, administrative bodies to which they are due by law.
In the context of contractual execution, personal data may be transmitted to specially identified data processors, for example, for the management of accounting and administrative aspects (the list of data processors is in any case available from the data controller) or to entities necessarily connected with or functional to the fulfillment of the contract (e.g., transportation companies).

PERSONAL DATA:

- unless specifically provided for by law, are kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for a period of 10 years after its termination;
- when the legal basis for processing consists of a legal obligation or contractual fulfillment, it must necessarily be provided, otherwise it will be impossible for the owner to pursue the illustrated purposes;
- they are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the owner if the owner has to take legal action or institute legal proceedings.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject always has the right to:
- access his or her personal data under processing;
- obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data;
- To have personal data concerning him or her deleted;
- obtain limitations to the processing;
- be facilitated in the transmission of personal data concerning him/her to another party;
- object to the processing;
- file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
